Gaspari SuperPump Max

I was running out of Pres so I placed a quick order on Amazon. Gaspari has been one brand I’d had wanted to try, and this was my chance to do so. Follow along for a few days as I provide some feedback on this Pre.

So I bought this on Amazon for $28/40servings, with free shipping, since I have Prime. That’s a pretty good price for a Pre, if you ask me. Going to use it for the first time today, as I have a PUSH session at the gym later tonight.

In the meantime, here are some initial impressions, before actually opening the tub…

Appearance – the tub looks great. I like the presentation/colors scheme, and it is a large tub, too. I don’t yet know how large the scoop is, but I assume it is larger than your typical Pre scoop, from looking at the size of the tub.

The Flavor sounded very enticing when I read it on Amazon, and I just had to go for it. I usually prefer citrus flavors, but anything-apple is right up there on my list. Can’t wait to pop this open later today.

I will make sure to share a few days of workouts with this.

I did my first workout with SuperPump Max today.
It was a PUSH session at the gym.

My initial reaction was a very positive one.
I paid for this supplement myself, so I there is no issue with being honest about my impression.

The taste is out of this world.
The potency is very noticeable.
I had one scoop, mixed in 8oz of filtered water.
I think I will go to two scoops, and do about 10oz per scoop.

The energy level was smooth, sustained, and without a drop in energy afterwards.
I took it about 20 minutes before the workout.

Since the weather is nice out, I’ve been doing lots of outdoor biking for Cardio. Last Saturday, I went on a 17 Mile ride and took my son along. I am also working on a 20Kpushups challenge this year, and I incorporated some push-up sets in this Cardio session. Every little bit helps to add up to the total number.

I used 2 scoops of SuperPump for this workout, and it worked very well. The energy was plentiful and sustained. I usually like to bike fast. I find a rhythm and try to keep up with it throughout the ride. SuperPump was a very welcome addition this time around.

Here’s a video I made.

This ride involved lots of steep climbs.

Distance: 20 Miles
Time: 97’44”
Avg Speed: 12.3 m/hr
Top Speed: 17 m/hr
Avg BPM: 140
Top BPM: 185
Calories: ~1,272

Made this video before the ride…

A good friend from Gaspari sent over a few samples for me to try.
Here’s what came in the package…

• SuperPump Max Blue Raspberry 2 packets
• MYOFUSION Protein 2 different flavor packets
• brand sticker

I am about to do a CORE session this morning, followed by a long bike ride.
I am using the two Blue Raspberry packets for this combined workout.

Mixed each packet with 8oz of filtered water, as indicated in the directions, and used my NutriBullet. Both shakes were very smooth and very tasty. The only problem I had was that I only had one serving of each. I usually like to do 2 scoops of the same flavor at a time.

No worries, this protein is now on my to-buy list.
Highly recommended.

I guess it kinda does, Stan.
I never used BlueStar, so I wouldn’t be able to compare the two brands.

Blue Star is a great company, but we have had the blue tub design for a LONG time even dating back to the original SuperPump 250. : )
